📱 Download Shoppal POS App

First, download the Shoppal POS app from Google Play Store:

  • Available for Android devices only
  • Search "Shoppal POS" or use the direct link
  • Free to download and install

📝 Create Your Account

Open the app and click "Sign Up" to create your account:

  • Enter your business name
  • Provide your email address
  • Create a secure password
  • Follow the verification process

Once verified, you'll be guided through the onboarding process.

🎯 Complete Onboarding

The app will guide you through a simple onboarding process:

  • Add your first cashier: Create your main cashier account
  • Add initial inventory: Add your first few products
  • Set up your business: Configure basic settings

This process takes about 5-10 minutes and sets up everything you need to start selling!

2 Add Inventory

📦 Add your products

In your back office, click the inventory tab (📦 icon) to add products:

  • Add products one by one, or
  • Import multiple products via CSV file
  • Include product name, price, and stock quantity

Limits: Trial accounts: 256 items, Active accounts: 1024 items, Unlimited: $10 one-time fee


3 Manage Inventory

✏️ Edit products and stock

Keep your inventory up to date in the inventory tab:

  • Edit products: Change names, descriptions, or images
  • Update prices: Modify pricing anytime
  • Restock items: Add more quantity when stock is low
  • Track stock levels: See real-time inventory status

All changes sync automatically across all your devices and cashiers.

📊 Monitor inventory health

Use inventory reports to manage your business:

  • Low stock alerts for popular items
  • Slow-moving inventory identification
  • Stock aging analysis
  • Sales performance by product

Make informed decisions about what to restock and when.

4 Set Up Team

👤 Create cashier accounts

Go to Manage POS (🏪 icon) to set up cashiers:

  • Add cashier name and unique ID
  • System generates access code
  • Cashiers use this code to log into POS

Each cashier gets their own login and can only see assigned inventory.

🏢 Add branches (optional)

If you have multiple locations:

  • Add branch address and city
  • Assign cashiers to specific branches
  • Each branch has separate inventory and reports

Perfect for multi-location businesses!


5 Make Your First Sale

💻 Switch to POS mode

From Manage POS page, click "Switch to POS Mode":

  • Enter your account password
  • Select your cashier account
  • Your device becomes a POS terminal

Tip: Use a tablet (10"+) for best experience, though phones work too!

🛍️ Process your first transaction

In POS mode, selling is simple:

  • Use product picker to select items
  • Add items to cart
  • Process payment (cash/card)
  • Print or email receipt

Stock levels update automatically with each sale!
